Take it to your core!
The quickest, most rewarding muscle group to strengthen is your abdominals. In this class, you'll focus on toning your mid-section -- the abdominal and back muscles. A strong core carries through in everything you do.Over 90% of the American population experiences regular back pain.
Strengthening and stretching the right muscles can alleviate problems you may experience now and in the future. Every fitness level is safe and challenged with Beronica's customized training.
Need to get to work? Since it isn't a cardio class, you can go straight to work from class. In fact, most of the class is lying down!

Gather with us on Tuesday mornings at 8:00 for an inspiring Bible Study led by and given for women! Wired Women meet in various locations. Currently, we are meeting at the Sappington BARN. A new Bible study called Beloved Disciple, The Life & MInistry of John will begin on January 9. Grab a coffee and come get wired-in to faith!
It’s simple -- scrip participating retailers agree to sell gift cards to STHS at a discount. Member families like yours buy the certificates for full face value, you redeem them for full face value, and our church keeps the difference as revenue. And scrip is exciting, because everybody wins: it’s the fundraising program that works while you shop!
And now an electronic version of scrip makes is even easier. More information

In order to make the St. Thomas/Holy Spirit Library more accessible books and other materials are being entered into an online catalog via Library Thing. To date, the fiction, biography, and book club selection collections have been entered. Only a small number of nonfiction titles are presently in the catalog. Books that are checked out will be entered on their return. As the nonfiction and children's titles are cataloged, the shelves will be in some disorder. If you are having difficulty locating an item, please send me a note or give me a call: Julie Crawford, ph. 636-343-6425, email@example.com

Consider joining the Altar Guild. We operate behind the scenes and make sure that the altar is set with everything the pastor needs for eah service. We meet only 5 times a year, every 2 months and not at all in the summer. If interested please contact Sue Rosso at 314-843-6577.
Join the Transportation Ministry! We are looking for those who are willing to provide transportation to worship services. If you can provide a ride, please call the office at 314-843-6577, or sign up in the Life Center. The more volunteers, the more successful the ministry!
The Joy Women plan and host quarterly women' retreats here at STHS. We "party girls" love putting together all the little details for each retreat - from the fun themes, decorations, crafts and activities to the thoughtful devotions and fellowship time. And, of course, there's always food and drink! This is truly a labor of love for us. It is a JOY-full women's ministry that allows us to connect and lift one another up. We welcome all women to partiipate by attending, or helping us plan upcoming retreats. Planning meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month - location to be determined. Want to learn more? Contact any of the Joy "Sisters" - Sand Brennecke, Lynnda Light, Anita Petrovic, Karen Vidot or Karen Wegman.
