"We are followers of Christ, sharing God's love and blessings."
This statement is a vision because, like most people who gather to worship, we are broken and know it. We know that we want to share God's love and blessings; we also know that we fail to do so.
St. Thomas/Holy Spirit strives to look out into the surrounding community and serve where our time and talents allow us.
St. Thomas/Holy Spirit is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the largest Lutheran body in the United States of America. We are a Christian denomination, meaning that we are Trinitarian (believing in one God in three persons, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit) and Christological (we believe that Jesus is the Messiah, fully human and devine, who died and rose for our salvation).

All weekly Worship Services are Services of Holy Communion. Seasonal services and additional midweek worship services are also celebrated throughout the year.
Weekly Saturday Worship:
We gather on Saturdays at 4:00 p.m. for a relaxed, fairly traditional Lutheran service. It is very casual in atmosphere (come as you are definitely applies)! Much of the service is spoken, but hymns and some service music are accompanied by piano. If you are seeking a smaller, relaxed worship service that is more traditional, this will be the service to attend.
Sunday Morning 8:30 a.m.— Heritage Worship
In our Heritage Worship Service you will find Liturgy celebrated from many traditional ELCA resources, including Evangelical Lutheran Worship and With One Voice. This service utilizes our projection screen, giving worshippers the entire service in front of them without having to “flip through a book or bulletin.” The liturgy is chanted. Hymnody and service music are accompanied by organ. Here you may hear musical offerings by our Christus Choir and/or our Handbell Choir. There is no dress code—have no fear! You will encounter people wearing dresses or suits or jeans or shorts, and they are all people who are gathered to worship in a service that honors the historic order for worship.
